If you are moving, please notify us in advance by contacting the circulation department and providing your old and new addresses, the subscription number from your magazine's mailing label (if available), and the date on which the new address takes effect.
Due to tournament and production schedules, The Bridge World is not always mailed at the same time each month, and delivery dates will occasionally vary. Additionally, due to vagaries in the post office, different subscribers can receive their issues at different times, even in the same town. Please do not request a replacement copy unless the following month's issue has arrived.
If you have skipped an issue (i.e. July arrived but June didn't), please contact the circulation department promptly to arrange a replacement.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When should I renew my subscription?
Subscribers will receive renewal notices in the mail in advance of their subscription's expiration, to provide the requisite time for processing and mailing. Please renew promptly when you receive a renewal notice, so that we can ensure that you receive every issue without interruption.
I've already renewed, why have I received another notice?
Processing and mailing schedules can occasionally cause renewal notices to cross in the mail. Please disregard any notices you receive within 3-4 weeks of renewing, as these were likely mailed prior to the completion of the renewal processing. If there was a problem processing your order, we will notify you in a separate letter.
Have you received my payment?
To confirm whether a payment was received, subscribers should allow 3-4 weeks for processing, and see whether their check or credit card was cleared by their bank or card issuer.
