Your satisfaction with your purchase is our priority. If you are not satisfied with an item (Special Order items excluded) purchased from our bookstore, you can return the item to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price, shipping excluded. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. All returns must receive a return authorization prior to sending.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Items marked as "Special Order" items are non-stock or print-on-demand titles that are offered as a convenience. Special Order items:
• Are not eligible for sales, discounts, or other special offers
• Include an additional handling fee of $3.99 per item
• Require additional shipping time of 2-6 weeks from the listed estimated shipping times
• Are not cancelable, refundable, or returnable once the order is placed

SHIPPING INFO

All orders are shipped from our New York warehouse. All shipping addresses must be valid for postal delivery. Orders must include the recipient's telephone number and must be addressed using the actual name of the recipient; initials or nicknames are not sufficient to ensure delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery times listed are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days; shipping dates are occasionally delayed based on item availability. Delivery times will vary depending on product availability, the destination address and the timeliness of the post office and customs departments.
U.S. First Class/Priority: 5-10 days
U.S. Standard/Media: 1-4 weeks
International First Class/Priority: 2-6 weeks
International Economy: 3-10 weeks

SHIPPING CHARGES
The shipping charge for an order is calculated by the shopping cart, and will be displayed on the checkout page once the shipping address is entered, prior to the final submission of the order. If multiple shipping options are available, the choices will be presented on the checkout page for selection. Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, size and weight of items, and other factors contributing to the cost of providing these items, such as packing, handling, freight, insurance, etc.

CUSTOMS/VAT

For shipments sent outside the U.S., the recipient is responsible for paying any customs, VAT, duties, taxes, or fees that may be issued by their local customs authority.

The local customs authority may require payment from the recipient prior to releasing the package. The recipient agrees to pay the customs authority any amounts due and to accept the shipment. Shipments that are refused or unclaimed by the recipient, or are undeliverable by the post office as addressed will not be refunded.
